FindAgency HQ is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you request a shortlist we collect what you type into the form: the kind of help you need, where your business is, your budget band, your name and work email, and anything you add about the project. We stamp the submission with a truncated IP and the consent notice version. Behavioural analytics on this site are cookieless and anonymous.

Legal basis and sharing

We share your enquiry with the small number of matched marketing agencies named in your shortlist so they can respond; that is the service, and the consent checkbox on the form says exactly this. We do not sell your details to anyone else. Enquiries are retained for 24 months and then removed by automatic deletion; consent evidence is retained as required by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@findagencyhq.com. We respond within one month.
